Our Returns Policy

You may return any item you bought from Asiandeco.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Like most online retailers, Asiandeco.com is not responsible for the shipping and handling cost of any return item. Our free shipping promotions do not include the shipping costs of any return item.  In any event, you will be responsible for all shipping costs of any return item.  It is your responsibility to make sure that all return items reach us in its original condition. Should any item be damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to file claims and settle with the carrier. Asiandeco.com will only process your refund after the return item is received in our warehouse in its original condition, without any damage. If the return item is received in damaged condition, we will notify you through e-mail, and it is your responsibility to file claim with the carrier and inform us of the disposition of the item. Simply stated, do not order any item if you are not sure if you want it, or if you feel that there is a chance that you may change your mind. The cost of shipping and handling could be very significant, especially with larger pieces of furniture. As a practice, we will provide information such as: (1) pictures of different views of the item, (2) dimensions, (3) price, (4)shipping cost. It is your responsibility to review this information and ask for any additional information as you see fit.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Any items from our partner/merchants. We will let you know before you place your order. In this case, they will handle your returns directly.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
